James P. Gleason

Jim Gleason, president of J. P. Gleason Associates, Inc. has twenty-five years experience at all levels of corporate and executive recruiting. He spent the first ten years of his career in Human Resources directing home office and field staffing functions for companies including Pullman Standard, Wilson Sporting Goods (a division of Pepsico), MCC Powers (a division of Siemens) and Swift-Eckrich (a division of Beatrice). This broad corporate experience gives Mr. Gleason a unique client-side perspective of the search process and enables him to consistently meet challenging client demands.

Mr. Gleason entered executive search in 1987 and founded J. P. Gleason Associates, Inc. in 1990. An alumnus of Illinois State University, Mr. Gleason is active in several executive search and Human Resources professional organizations.

Jennifer Feit, Director of Research of J. P. Gleason Associates, Inc., has nearly twenty years experience at all levels of corporate and executive recruiting. She spent the first eight years of her career in Human Resources at companies including Continental Illinois National Bank, Sanwa Business Credit Corporation, and First Colonial Bankshares where she became the Vice President of Employment and Employee Relations.

In 1992, Jennifer entered executive search and became Managing Director of a regional firm. She joined J. P. Gleason Associates, Inc. in 1996 as Director of Research and oversees a team of research/recruiters. Jennifer has a B.A. degree from Indiana University and attended Northwestern University for graduate coursework.
